Description
So here's a brief study of the most well known abducting aliens, the Greys. The following info comes from I.C.A.R. (International Community for Alien Research, Google it), not me.

At around 1-2 billion years old, the Greys are the second most advanced race in this galaxy, behind only the Light Beings whom they are subservient to. Their ships, which are saucer shaped more or less, are grown instead of constructed and are described as being alive in a way, suggesting that their ships are a product of highly sophisticated synthetic biology. These ships also create a type of blue plasma that acts as a fuel source and a food source for the Greys, which they absorb via osmosis through their skin. Not only are their telepathic and psychokinetic abilities superior, they're also much stronger and faster physically than their outwardly frail bodies suggest; a three ft Grey can easily drag a 6 ft grown man. Their bodies are also highly flexible, suggest a different composition of their skeletons. Though they have mouths a needle-like teeth, they are not used for feeding. They do make a clicking noise akin to what dolphins create, but they usually speak telephonically. The large, black almond-shaped aren't actually their eyes but a type of sense that they wear when outside of their ships. Their real eyes are still larger in proportion to ours, but have a unique shaped pupil (pictured above as best I can). In spite of their label, the Greys aren't actually grey but very in colors ranging from brown to cobalt blue and even translucent. Their color depends on when they've last feed. Though they have no visible genitals, they Greys do have male and female personalities.

Their social structure appears to be a caste/hierarchy system based on height. An interesting fact is that the number of fingers a Grey has increased with the height (from 3-5). The 3ft (3 fingered) Greys are usually workers and are occasionally seen with cybernetic implants. The 4-5ft (four fingered) Greys are the handlers, often the ones dealing with abductees. the 6-7ft (five fingered) Greys are commanders. 8ft and taller are even higher command with the highest appearing to be what can be best described as a queen.
