Well, thinking on it, she's probably not human. Or, at least, if she is, then there's something that's keeping her alive. I mean, Claude sticking his hand down her throat in the last episode...demon or not, he would have killed her unless she is something other than human.
Grell might actually have some trouble if she's not everything she appears to be.
