1. In Gmod, the control for the body parts is in face poser and in SFM, the control is in the "Unknown" tab of the model.
2. I prefer SFM as I have more control over lighting and movement.

How do you actually expand them ?
I can't make a scale for ex. boobs ;/

Well, I got the model from DonanDark's DeviantART page. It is called "Expandable Femme Pyro Redux" and in SFM, there are flexes in the models "unknown" tab, these are where the boob, belly and butt flexes are. Increase them to make the body parts bigger.

I know, but I CAN'T make any of these bigger, as I don't have an option for scale ;/

Hmmmmm, I don't know what is going on with it then, Maybe try reinstalling the model
Completely delete it, then reinstall it.
