NOTICE: Now, I doubt this will be a problem because I am no way even remotely popular on here, but as of right now I'm not making custom journals....this was a present for a very special friend of mine, and it took a lot of time. Perhaps I'll open up journal commissions during the summer when I'm not in school and working on art projects.

Front and back cover of a journal/sketchbook that I made for my friend for Christmas! I couldn't take pictures of the actual journal, my camera was dead. ;_; The actual sketchbook had a gold ribbon border around it.

The middle pictures were drawn by me, they are her original characters. The top and bottom pictures are from google, lol. I thought about drawing random pictures for the top/bottom, but I wanted to make it seem like her characters were a part of Egypt's ancient history, so I used legitimate real-life paintings instead. The journal is supposed to resemble the wall of an ancient Egyptian tomb or something, which I totally failed at. But I was running out of time, so oh well.

Art copyright me, save the top and bottom pictures...I guess if using google pictures for a present for a friend REALLY bothers anyone, comment and I'll take it down. =_=
