Not just that but a different coloring style.
It looks to be somewhat of a mix between lineless and painting?
It came out great. ^_^

Actually it's just a result of lazyness! I drew the sketch and directly painted the colors on the same layer, so the colors stayed darker where the lines of the sketch used to be.
