After Amy's big conversion, here's Rouge's one, with even more changes.
First of all, when I look to Rouge's official pictures, I can't help but think it's a succubus (for those who don't know what a succubus is, see this: [link] ), and what tickle me the most is that she's supposed to be a bat, but she doesn't look like that at all, unless the bat-like wings.
So, for Rushed Mobius, I tried to make her like a REAL bat, and less like a horny chimera/succubus/dyke.

Like the bats, she's blind as far as the eyes are concerned, meaning that she "feels", instead of seeing. I keep her treasure hunting obsession. I changed her clothes by something more like during the 18th century, instead of pin-up clothes. She likes playing with other's emotion to reach her goals. For attacking, I keep her spinning kick, and added biting and scratching.
