I caught a glimpse of this dragon as she slumbered in her cave. My sister and I were wandering in the woods and we found this cave. Of course she dared me to enter it. And what else could I do when faced with this challenge but enter. The great beast was asleep when I entered but when I stepped on a twig, it snapped awakening the dragon. I had a few brief seconds to snap a final picture before I took off running! Luckily she had just had a fine meal of goats and felt I was not worth her time. That will teach me to accept foolish bets! (Well probably not but I would be smart to!)Related content

Thank you! The sketch took me 15 minutes, then painting... I took probably 5 hours of scales and getting it all to my liking! It is acrylic paint on the board at the back of a sketch pad because I ran out of paper!
