I got some fanart of it in my inbox and didn't know it was a Pokémon until I read the comments. IMMEDIATELY went into investigative mode, haha! (Speaking of my inbox, I am very happy to announce that I am down from 4000+ to 850. Actually doing the impossible and slowly working my way through that mess! Thanks, it's so refreshing to see a 3 digit number again, lol. Can't wait for it all to be gone. Haven't seen that 0 in years. Also helps that I unwatched 50+ people. Well, mostly groups that I never looked at anyway and dead accounts, but still, right?

Someone mentioned that Dark/Fairy is super good defensively. It's probably gonna have trash stats, but if it evolves it could be our new competitive monster This gen's Talonflame of sorts. Would be funny to see a weird pink dude with his tongue out E V E R Y W H E R E.

Sometimes I just have to nuke all the group deviations in my inbox. It's the only way. They pile up so quickly.

Did you hear Sword/Shield won't have the national pokédex? I'm not sure but I think that means it won't be possible to collect all Pokémon in this game. Which seems weeeeird.

Bruuuuuuuuuuuh it's INCREDIBLY DUMB AND I AM UNFATHOMABLY UPSET... Sun/Moon/UltraSun/UltraMoon didn't have a National Pokédex either. Meaning you could transfer a Mudkip to Sun, but it wouldn't have a Pokédex entry. It was really odd and annoying and I hated it 'cause I like checking for new lore about my favourites each new gen, but AT LEAST you could actually HAVE the damn mon in the game. In Sword/Shield they're not even gonna HAVE all the mons! Apparently it's too much work, and they've said they're NOT planning on slowly releasing all the missing ones as patches later. So Sword/Shield are straight up not gonna have a ton of mons, the models simply don't exist in the code so you can't cheat them in either, and everyone is rightfully pissed >:C

F U R T H E R M O R E ! Once you transfer mons from gen 7 to gen 8 (PokéBank to PokéHome) they can't go back, so whichever mons that aren't in the Galar dex are gonna be trapped in PokéHome until a game comes out that happens to have them. Bollocks.

Aww snap that would've been a good way for them to rectify this, they could've released like a new mini-area or two in the Galar region which contained the missing Pokémon, or something like that! It really does suck that this will be the first game you can't collect them all in, which is the literal slogan of the Pokémon franchise since forever. Lets hope the anger of us pokénerds is enough to make Nintendo get their shit together and fix it somehow.

Well I mean, they wouldn't even have to add places for the remaining Pokémon to be catchable. No game has ever had ALL Pokémon be catchable on one cartridge. They just need to exist in the code so people can trade and transfer their mons into the game from elsewhere.

It really is a load of diarrhea! 3DS cartridges can hold 807 pokémon, but a Switch cartridge can't hold some 900ish (if we even hit 900), WTF? X/Y even had a National Dex! I will be mad about this forever. And what's worse is they insinuated in an interview that "this is the direction they'll have to take from now on", which means we might not get another title where you can have all existing pokémon again. I am livid sdfgolipdfhåopsgfdihp.

Yeah I guess it really should be easy for them to at least have the code for all Pokémon. I guess the only difficult thing is modelling and animating all of them. But I mean, come on, hire more people to work on it. It's not like Pokémon isn't making a shit ton of money.

Yeah... I wish they would go into more detail! At least give us a good reason WHY it's so hard to get a few more pokémon in there, ya know? Because right now it seems like there's really no good excuse.
