Yaaay new pokemon!

Took me a while, but I managed to finish him in the middle of orders and other projects. XD

I was going to crochet his tail like I did with the commissioned one, but I decided to use the wool I've got lying around and fluff him up a bit. :3 I'm tempted to redo his feathery ears in wool too to match, but maybe later. XD
