Description
This is for my "Hidden Village ninja Project", where I put other cartoon characters in the theme/format as if they were from Naruto. Personalities are virtually the same, except with ninja traits.Arthur P. "Spud" Spudinski
Homeland: Hidden village of secluded beasts
Spud's reputaion in the village is "Village idiot savont", he is called that because of his idiotic manorisms, despite his intelect.

Brain Drain: Makes enemies lose focus, coordination, and self control for 3-to-24 hours....makes them look like idiots
Mental restoration: Allows increase in his own, or another's brainpower, and it shorts out an unwanted brain drain
Mental retardation: worse than brain drain
Thick Skull: his head gains the density of a cannonball
