Rue is one of the elementals that fought in the War of the Gods, and has since dedicated her life to trying to make sure discrimination of elementals of that degree never happens again.

Rue's current permanent residence is in Hyrum in Urania, but she's spent her life traveling after the war to offer help wherever she could, once Urania's own recoveries were well along. When she's in Glenys City, either to visit family, her kids, or on work business, she resides in the Silver District, but can be found in all the districts! She cares deeply about the unnatural elementals and has dedicated a lot of her time in trying to understand their powers better and help them however she can.

Following the first few years after the war, she and her uncle Michelangelo Accardi, opened the first elemental school, Aquarius Elemental Academy, in the hopes of educating elementals of all ages on the origins of their powers and how to wield them in safer ways, for both the planet and themselves. It started off small, meant as a safe haven for elemental kids and adults that finally had a space to be themselves and wanted to learn; but since then, the reach of the Academy has spread all over Caelum, with one being in the Silver District, of Glenys City! There are classes for non-elementals who want to understand their elemental peers better. She's hoping to implement official classes for unnatural elementals soon as well, and has started to contact older unnatural elementals to try and work with them.

The Academy offers classes for anyone, and are free so students may enroll and drop out whenever they'd like. There are part-time and full-time schedules, and are all structured to focus on experience rather than age with several difficulty levels. The Academy offers both practical classes and study-based classes, and ones designed to mingle the elements so students can learn from each other as well. Each level has a graduation that clears the student to the next appropriate level, until students are considered Advanced (typically gaining proficiency with the advanced techniques).

Feel free to have your original elemental have attended the Academy, or still be attending it!

Aegis agents' training includes lessons with teachers from the school to make sure their skills are always being honed!
Epoch has connections with teachers willing to give lessons to their members, as well as unnatural elemental connections willing to help teach their unnatural members!

About her dog, Aella!
She's Weather Retriever!
They're very similar to earth's golden retrievers in temperament and general build, but they've adapted to be able to track the weather in their immediate area, making them kind of popular dogs for travelers. Each individual dog might have a wider or shorter range than another, but Aella tracks sunny days, snow, cloudy days/nights, storms, and clear nights. The pelt patterns/visual effects are just that- Visuals to monitor the surrounding area.
Once bonded with a person, they might be able to track moods too, making them exceptionally good emotional support animals!
