Let me start off by saying that I love the emotion of this piece. Your expression is vacant and lonely. The color supports an emotionally dry look and feel. I also like the pendant on your necklace resting in the pit of your neck and clavicle. Well placed.
I think this image would benefit from better focus. The image feels a bit fuzzy on the details and I want them to be crisper. I would also turn up the saturation on your eyes - the faintest hint of green is poking out from them and I would love to see the contrast between the red/brown of your hair and the beautiful green of your eyes. Just don't overdo that - the overall de-saturated look/feel of this image is wonderful.
