My understanding is that it's leftovers from when Sora was a Heartless. Since it comes out when he's been using Drives too much and has a higher likelihood in certain Organization XIII battles, I think it's a reflection of his heart being overstressed.
This picture has no significance, though. I just thought it'd be cool to draw an Antiform!Roxas. XD

Sounds like you've discovered Antiform.
Antiform is a hidden Drive form that starts to come up when you Drive too often. See, it works on a point system - every use of a normal Drive form adds a point to an invisible count. This determines your chances of getting Antiform. Every occurrence of Antiform itself decreases the point total, so you're not getting it constantly. Certain battles, like against the Org, increase the chances of getting it.
The only way to prevent Antiform is to use Final Form a lot - it drastically decreases your chances of getting it. Unfortunately, Final Form's first appearance (after which it will appear on your Drive menu) is completely random, so when you can start using it is completely up to chance. Worse yet, it's only POSSIBLE to get it after a certain story point in The World That Never Was.

Antiform has its disadvantages, though. You don't get EXP, and you can't heal. ;_; You're also stuck in the form for as long as you're in battle.
Anyway, no, there's no Anti-Roxas... I just drew this because I thought it would look cool. Think I said as much in the description, actually. XD

Ah! Remember the fifth day? You had to search for "the Seven Wonders" in the Sunset district. One of them involved fighting anti-Roxas. Remember?

Ah! Yes! Though that was more just a shadow reflection of Roxas - more like the Shadow Sora from KH1, only not even that much. The Shadow Sora flew around and had glowy eyes (and was literally Sora's actual shadow, which I always thought was friggin' awesome).
