You guys need a reason why certain kinds of characters exist in your setting? Like Objects, Drawings, Elements and Animals being turned into a humanoid form? Well here's the gizmo for you.

Just imagine the chaos you can create if you have a character use this rifle on like animals in a Zoo, art pieces in an art gallery or on an art website, images on Comic Books, even parts of the environment around you. Hell, I can imagine this rifle be the reason why an entirely new species of beings exists in The Kern-Verse or your own universe if the technology of this weapon can be used for other means.

Like the other artifacts, I'll leave links to five lists of them that you can look at. And all of them I put in the public domain for you guys to use under Creative Commons 0.
