- Space Suit -
Rozwell's personal space suit that allows him to travel on alien planets that don't have the same conditions as his home planet. His suit's life support is powered by The White Hole Cannon.

- White Hole Cannon -
An experimental robot arm cannon that replaced Rozwell's left arm that is powered by a White Hole. This arm cannon allows Rozwell to do the following: Can generate light, matter and energy from the cannon; Basic Level Gravity Manipulation; Space-Time Distortion; Portal Creation & Blast; Absorbing Vortex Creation which can absorb a variety of projectiles that can then be fired back; Subspace Travel; Can use his life-force as a last resort to unleash a Wave Motion Blast; And finally can siphon the light & energy produced by the White Hole in the cannon for sustenance via the space suit if the immediate area doesn't have enough light for Rozwell to feed on.

- Solar Flare Grenades -
A set of alien grenades that, when used, can emit a bright flash of high intensity solar ray emissions that can badly concuss targets, flash fry a stampeding herd or outright blind anyone unfortunate enough to get hit dead on by it.

- Laser Sidearm -
A laser sidearm that is standard issue for Rozwell's organization. Basically functions the same way as an Earth Police Officer's sidearm.

- Police-Issued Bio-Drone -

A special floating drone designed for Lucemite officers when they don't have a person around to get sensory information from. This drone comes equipped with a cloned brain and different sensory functions that are plugged directly into the brain so that it can gain sensory information that a Lucemite can then receive.

Merry Christmas Eve everyone. Sorry that I haven't posted any Christmas-Related material this year, haven't really gotten that much inspiration on making some. Anyway, here's a character I drew while I was in High School. Didn't really make that many changes to the original design besides changing the boots because the original's were basically triangles.

Anyway, the story:

The Alien known to some human races as Rozwell was a being who came from the planet Lucem-4, a planet from another galaxy outside of The Milky Way. The Lucemites are a species of bipedal Telepathic Photovores, meaning that they consume light for sustenance specifically through their skin and photosynthetic blood.

They also have telepathic abilities that help compensate for their own lack of parts like ears, noses and mouths as they can "hitch-hike" other beings' senses and experience what happens to them. This power grants them the ability to taste, feel, smell, see or hear from other senses & it allows them to experience the world as their target would. They also have an enhanced form of Synesthesia which stimulation of one sensory or cognitive pathway leads to automatic, involuntary experiences in a second sensory or cognitive pathway. In other words, such as being able to "smell" colors, "see" odors or "perceive" sound-waves as colorful lights after receiving sensory information from others. Their telepathy also allows them to communicate with other sapient beings and simultaneously translate their languages but they aren't really able to read a being's thoughts like other psionic species could.

In the galactic civilization their galaxy holds, Lucemites' abilities did allow them a special place among galactic society as they have been known to take up occupations like health care, military, psychiatry, police, detective work and so on. With Rozwell, he wanted to be a part of the galactic police when he was younger. So he dedicated much of his time to working to be an effective officer, getting himself a special police bio-drone that he can get sensory information from when he's in an area without that many beings he can get proper information from. He manages to get trained to utilize his species' telepathy in different way such as using it as a form of radar where he can pick up the sensory information of others around him simultaneously after learning how to bear the sensory overload that can occur if he was receiving sensory input from more then three beings at once. This does allow him to see though the eyes / other senses of any possible assailants that are around him that he can be aware of. He can also focus his received senses to look for a particular sight/sound/smell/taste/feel and blocking out all others if necessary.

Though even with his training, Rozwell ended up getting injured in the line of duty when he was in hot pursuit of a Lucemite Criminal ;nicknamed "Dulce"; who ended up getting the upper hand and used a disintegrator gun to blast off Rozwell's left arm, leaving him crippled and unable to continue the case and she got away. Fortunately he was admitted to the local hospital and they help keep him alive with a Photonic Bath, basically a treatment where a Lucemite is put in a special chamber that radiates a form of light that accelerates the healing process for them. But since the arm was disintegrated, it wasn't able to grow back, leaving only a stump after he was released from the chamber.

Though that didn't end his career as an officer, as he ended up getting a prosthetic arm as a replacement so that he can stay on the force. Only this specific arm was an arm cannon that was powered by a White Hole, which also helps power Rozwell's new suit & give him a supply of light to sustain himself. Especially in areas that lack light all together.

After taking a month or so to get use to the new arm, Rozwell was back on the force as his precinct received word that Dulce has been spotted in The Milky Way Galaxy and is heading on a straight path to The Planet Kern. So Rozwell was sent out to The Milky Way to detain her and bring her back to their galaxy to be properly charged for her crimes.

Rozwell is an open source character created specifically for use by anyone. Feel free to use it any way you wish. You must also give creator credit.
