Rebooted Origin
"Brick Reese came from of a long line of soldiers that served in the army before the bombs fell almost 50 years ago. Brick lived with his mother and father in a ramshackle town, working as a mechanic to fix up anything mechanical, especially the only water purifier in town. His father, having been trained in military CQC and the ins and outs of gunmanship, taught young Brick the skills needed to survive in the wasteland. In his spare time, Brick worked on what could possibly be one of the few working vehicles in his area, an old Harley Sportster motorcycle.
One day when Brick became a man, the water purifier was broken down, and he ran out of the necessary parts to fix it. So he got his armor and gun, and rode off on his motorcycle to look for any place where he can get the parts necessary to fix the water purifier, having only about 5 months before the town ran out of fresh drinking water."
A hero from a series of Mature-audience magazines that were not covered by comic books, Comics Code Authority. When I read about Brick Reese and saw his picture, I felt a bit of a Mad Max vibe from him. So this version of the Hell-Rider has a similar aesthetic to the Raiders of the Fallout series and parts of the attire of the crazies in the Mad Max series. And yes, the device on his left wrist is essentially this world's version of the Pip Boy. Also his backstory is based on the story from the first Fallout game.
This character was made using Hero Machine 3.
