I was always confused on who Zim should be with..... Tak obviously hated him, and should no interest, and Gaz always acting like she was gonna choke him...... who is Dib suppose to love???

So? Gaz is not known for mushy, gushy emotions. Neither is ZIM. Yet, they've things in common and in the "Invader Dib" finale, Gaz was to side with ZIM, Skoodge, Tenn, and Larb in the Irkens' last battle between the allied forces of Dib, a possibly vengeful Tak (allied with Dib in a revenge bid against ZIM [for ruining her life] and the other fellow Irkens [for leaving her stranded]), and the combined might of the Meekrob and the Resisty. With Gaz's help, ZIM inadverdently wins the war and is declared basically the savior of the Irken race. ZIM usurps the incompetent Red and Purple (the then-current Tallest) as the new ruler of Irk, with Gaz at his side as queen, due to Dib - Gaz's only true family - being banished with his remaining forces to the remote corners of planet Saturn.

Yeah, I heard something about in theΒ movie finale, Invader Dib, Dib goes to Irk and teams up with the Resisty and/or Meekrob in hopes to destroy the Irken Empire, andΒ Gaz would be on the Irken's side in the war and Zim and Gaz wouldΒ be the main cause of the victory, and Zim would be the Almighty Smallest and Gaz would be the queen. That would've been awesome!
