Cobra Commander. Spent longer on this than I meant to, mostly sketching. Finally broke down and used a photo ref for his hands. Still look funny. Too small maybe. Didn't end up looking nearly as nefarious as intended either. ><

used: photoshop pen-tool, photo ref for hands, 5-6 hours

by the way, this one i liked too! there should definetly be a light source though, possibly some reflected light on his shoulder, back of mask area. but this is awesome. SOUNDWAVE SUPERIOR!
