Description
Succeeding where other organizations failed, the Fathers of Earth(F.O.E.) manage to take control of the world through the use of their greatest enemies powers.Creating Shadow Riders to do their bidding, F.O.E. easily takes over the planet.
Among these riders are faces from the past, their forms stolen to serve as loyal soldiers. This photo depicts Shadow Faiz. Though the original orphenoc built belts were lost, scientists managed to create new ones and the first to be issued was Faiz.
Faiz serves as a lieutenant in the Tech Rider Squad, a group of riders whose power comes from external sources such as phones.

The basis for this character, Faiz, was a Kamen Rider in a series a few years back. I just altered the design to suit my story. So truthfully this character is not real, merely an altered replication of the original.

I'm working on a story that involves him actually. Though he is a villain, in the end his power is absorbed by a rider named Variance.
Think along the lines of the new Kamen Rider they are making, but I created this one a while back so I just redid the V3 belt to suit my purposes. Pity too because the Decade Driver just looks neat.

Sounds like an interesting idea.
I had an idea for a Rider about the time Kiva started that was sort of like him, but a bit more Vampirey looking lol.
