I really love this painting , its like looking at a concept art from prince of persia game, its a shame iranian artists dont contribute to our history by doing awesome works like this. Thanks for this lovely painting

Very nice work. Conveys something of what a grand and wonderful city it must have been, at its height.Β

Thank you I was amazed by the ruins in a picture book and imagined what it must have been like in its glory.

This looks great! I wish more of this city would be preserved to this day... Still, I think you did a great job showing its character and style - well done!

Thank you! I've only seen photos of the ruins but I get a hint of how grand it once was. Thank you for the positive response

So worth it for me. Life-changing, even! Haha! I'm so grateful such a school set up in Southeast Asia. Otherwise, I wouldn't know where to begin becoming competent at art and design, even with all the internet resources. They really drill you with the fundamentals over there. And I don't think you can simulate a high-pressure production environment on your own by self-teaching. Basically it was a grueling boot camp! The whole extreme discipline thing...I believe I came out a better artist and person in the end. Although some people didn't take too well to the boot camp style. So I guess it also depends what kind of person you are if FZD is good for you or not

I see, I have heard mixed reviews from the school since a while back, I did hear about the extreme work load and that some people had a problem with it, but there is no other way around learning fundamentals other than actually learning them. I am glad that it worked out, well I would love to go there, the only problem is some 50 thousand dollar Β
self thought is possible but as you said some times a second person is required to push you beyond your limit. So are you working in the industry now?Β

I am Just at the low levels though. There are mobility disadvantages if you are from a developing country. But at least I've bridged the gap between amateur to pro. I guess it's like being a C-list actor for now, haha! But I'm never giving up on my Hollywood dreams, so to speak xD
Btw, I think a good industrial design course should suffice if there's any near your area/country. It really just boils down to knowledge of FUNDAMENTALS (which a good ID course can provide) + hours of practice you put in (all up to you) + your own subject matter, personal style/taste, ideas, cultural savviness, etc. (can be learned and developed on your own)
