Ok this is for those who installed Windows 8 M1 and want to get Ribbon UI enabled on their windows explorer like M3 leaked screenshots. It can be done easily with the following registry tweak :

1. Create such a key in registry:

HKEY_CLASS_ROOT\CLSID\{4F12FF5D-D319-4A79-8380-9CC80384DC08}

2. Create a string value in this key called "AppID", set its value to "{9198DA45-C7D5-4EFF-A726-78FC547DFF53}"

3. Now start a new explorer window

If someone is not so familiar with reg changes and prefer a ready made file i suggest to download the batch file provided here..

Log off or restart and you'll have Ribbon UI in Explorer
