They have these genetic mutations that were inflicted/injected into them so they haves these added appendages/tentacles that come out of there whole entire body.

Mortas has a lot because he had a more physical reaction to the virus/serum.

Necrosis has the same thing but it's not as bad except for there's these patches on his body that are darker and are goo-ish? Like it oozes a substance similar to ink???

Neo has a less physical appearance..atleastdownthereinthatarea
He has a more inside like reaction and so, he can make tentacle thingies come out of his mouth and stuff.

Honestly it's really odd but I promise at first I just thought it was really cool and scary lmao
