Whew! It's finally finished! This was a request for ~killabearcomics . I give you the SPD Quantum Ranger!First off, please note, I DON'T do requests. If at all, barely ever. He asked me for this before I made that decision. So, please, don't be asking me for requests.
Anyway, he asked me to use a Dinosaur/Time Force Quantum-like motif, but it was covering up everything else he had asked for originally. So, all I put was the Quantum Defender (blaster). Along with that, I added the Titanium Ranger's shoulder armor, and the Mercury Ranger's blaster (Drive Detector). By the way, the symbol on his chest is "Choku Rei", the Reiki symbol for strength, power, action, etc. The design on his back, I just made randomly. Also, the visor is the color of his helmet/suit, as per the request.
