The right side of the face could do with a little improving as could the mouth and his ear is sort of weird. Overall it's good, not amazing but not total crap either

xD Legolas!! Pretty good, I actually quite like the nose. You're doing great already, You should start shading your portraits to give it a more realistic look. I like his expression too ^^ though, Hope I could have been of some help.
