Rusty James Pedowski aka Hi-TechHe is the new member of Avengers team. A technological genius, information broker, computer and weapons specialist, operations support, armament research, expert hacker and design, telecommunications.
He assisted Kataman and the other S.H.I.E.L.D. members and the Avengers.
His gadgets will be revealed in the next submission art.
His inspirations was based on Hi-Tech from "G.I. JOE Sigma 6" and Berto from "Max Steel" (2013) TV Series.
