So I did a little more messing around in Super Smash Bros Roster Maker to update the Ultimate roster. This is what I think the layout of the final roster will look like. I have newcomer icons in place of all the characters yet to be revealed, and I will continuously update this roster after every character reveal.Related content

My predictions are all over the place, but right now I think it might be Spring Man (possibly with a few other ARMS characters as alts), Crash, Geno, Cinderace, Rex, and Van from Ninjala (with the other Ninjala characters as alts).

After Joker, I predicted Erdrick, Banjo and Kazooie, Doom Slayer and Crash

My predictions were all over the place. The only one I truly got right was Banjo & Kazooie (I had anxiously hoped for them too). I predicted and held hope for Sora over the Dragon Quest Heroes, but Dragon Quest grew on me as we got closer to E3 and predicted we would get either Erdrick or the Luminary (and we surprisingly got both, along with Solo and Eight).

I don't know if I can count the Hero as a real prediction though since I started to lean toward him not too long before E3. And there were a bunch of Erdrick leaks going around too.

To be fair, the leaks were pointing to Dragon Quest representation when it came to E3.
As for Banjo & Kazooie, I was at war with the Minecraft fans on Twitter to prove a point to the the generation that never got to experience the best 3D platformer since Super Mario 64

I wanted Sora instead of Erdrick and I made predictions and cases for his inclusion. All the signs were pointing to Erdrick though, and I was also anxious about Steve getting in over Banjo. With all the Banjo merchandise coming out before E3 (on top of Nintendo renewing their rights to Banjo-Kazooie RIGHT before announcing finalization of Fighter Pass Vol. 1, along with Phil Spencer's open desire in the Smash 4 days for Banjo-Kazooie to be DLC), I eventually had my mind made up that it would most likely be an Erdrick and Banjo double reveal. I also had the Luminary in mind if Erdrick was not the Dragon Quest rep.

The reason why I knew he'd be the SNK rep is because many people consider him SNK's mascot in a way since Fatal Fury was such a smash hit when it was released in arcades back in 1991
