This is also a base of another type of eye. The Netherlands, Switzerland and Poland have these kinds of eyes. From this scene I captured, Poland and Lithuania are visiting The Netherlands. He shouted "Hey, Dutch guy! Long time or no see eh, buddy!?". It seems it's their first time visiting his HOUSE because it's extremely shiny and spotlessly clean, much to their surprise other than his garden. Poland's shirt is actually white, so it's kinda why I put pink around it so if you use it, the other colour won't catch on it.
