Finally, a full art piece after god knows how long!

This was a project I was working on and off for I think at least a week. Most likely a lot more, though. I guess you could say this took many "business days" though. It definitely too a shit ton of layers, that's for sure, lol

This was originally supposed to be just shading practice, but then my brain was like "but she needs a light source. Put a window!" So I do that, then my brain is like "But what is she laying on? Put her on a bed!!!" Then after that, my brain was like "Okay, but there needs to be something out there! DO IT!!!" So I do that, and my brain was like "M a K e I t B a S e D o N a R a N d O m P l A c E i N c O r N w A l L e N g L a N d ! ! !" So. This is what you see-

I tried to do some soft shading for a sorta storybook kinda feel, but idk how successful it is haha-

As for the character herself, this is Fee. She's a motherly mentor figure and one of the main characters in a series I'm working on. She's a Pixie. Why she blue? Apparently there's a version of Pixies that have blue and green skin as well as human colored skin, so I decided to go with it. I know some versions of Pixies have wings, but after some design working, I decided against giving the Pixies in my storyverse wings, mostly because I wanted to avoid Disney Pixies designs, if it makes sense?

Either way, I may end up doing character pics for each of the main characters, although for the style, I do want the eyes to be bigger, as bigger eyes make expressions easier. So I may work on that.

Anyways, what do you guys think? Critique is appreciated. ^^
