RULES1. You may hold an adoptable. Holds can be up to 24 Hours. No longer.
2. Wait for my approval BEFORE you pay. I will send them back if you don't.
3. You may change things, like coat patterns, change the hair style slightly or add accessories/streaks in hair etc.
4. You are allowed to change the race. (unicorn,earth pony, Pegasus etc)
*Note you get to choose their cutie mark, personality, etc.

I still don't think you should comply to this person.
If they report you, so what? deviantART, despite it's dumb personnel and such, can tell this adoptable is nothing like the character mentioned. I think people just overreact to a COUPLE things being similar. Can't always make ponies without something, even if it's SIMPLE, being the same.
