Description Limph knocked, knowing that there was no way that Shachi would leave his house without someone he trusted whole heartedly to watch it. The knock was almost immediately answered by a tall, slightly built man with large, round, lavender eyes. The look was timid at first, as if he didn't know what to expect when two, burly mercenaries knocked at his door, but as he looked down to see an angry, petite hybrid elf glaring straight into his eyes, a smile, that stretched as far as his face would allow, broke like the sun touching the sea for the first time in the morning.
"Limph!" He exclaimed, bundling her up into a great hug that, to any well-born passerby who had seen, seemed inappropriate for what they thought was an arrest as there were two fully armoured men beside the small, petite woman.
"Shachi," she replied, with less enthusiasm than he had, and decided to try and get the niceties over as quickly as possible. They bored her and Shachi always spoke a lot, albeit quickly, "It's been a long time"
"It has been a long time. Not really, only a couple of moons. Oh, but that would seem long for you, living out in the woods and all. I'm so glad you came. Come in, come in. I'll get us some boiled tree root. Good for the mind and soul, you know," he bounded from one subject to another, almost throwing both Arkeia and Behy off balance. Having travelled with Limph, they both found it ridiculous that she would put up with someone so eccentric, when they both irritated her with just the slightest comment.
"It's not good for your mind or your soul Shachi. Remember what it does to you? I'm amazed they still let you keep some around the house," She replied, keeping up easily with what she knew he found important, as she led Behy and Arkeia into his house, quietly shutting the door behind her. Throwing a look back at them, she added, "I don't think these two need anything anyway, they just got something at the pub before we came."
"They don't let me keep it around the house. It takes me a while to get it. These two? Oh. You brought people!" he beamed, noticing them for the first time. "Welcome. I'm Shachi. I'm sure you heard of me, right?" Before they could respond, he continued, talking to Limph, "Oh, they are wonderful! Did you get them for me? If not, can I still have them? I very much like them. Especially that one!" he exclaimed, pointing to Behy.
Behy didn't know whether to be amused, or frightened that he thought they were for him. He was suddenly stuck by the thought that Limph could have lured them here for this odd bod.
"I'm sorry Shachi. I have nothing to offer you this time. These two are mine. I need them as protection. Just for a while. I might let you have a little time with that one. When I'm finished with him though, if you'd like," she replied, winking at him. She was a little annoyed that he wanted what she needed, but smart enough to keep that emotion hidden as Shachi never responded well to annoyance, or anger.
"Oh, alright, if you must. I do believe that I will keep him afterwards though," he mumbled, strolling over to Behy, and running his hand over his chainmail as he walked around, admiring the muscle build underneath. Behy squirmed slightly, and Limph was quick to tell him to stand still as Shachi wasn't doing anything dangerous... yet.
Using Behy's strong shoulders as support, Shachi lifted himself onto his toes and whispered seductively into Behy's ear, trying to keep the speed of his voice, and his thoughts in one line "We will have fun when I get my claws in you."
"You're a man." Behy stated.
Limph's heart almost stopped. She glanced at Shachi, and his face clouded for the barest moment, but he then seemed to forgive Behy. Something that she had not seen him do since the wolf pup wandered into his house.
"Yes, I realize that. I have known since I was little. Ever since I learned the difference of what was between a males and a females legs. You ruined my train of thought, and I was doing so well. I managed a sentence. It was amazing. I was amazing, wasn't I, Limph?" He crossed his arms across
"I thought you would have figured it out by now, Behy. Shachi is bisexual. He never makes any attempt to hide it, and has been openly flirting ever since we got here. Despite what he said, he did notice the both of you, even before I knocked on the door." She winked at Shachi, pleased that he had gone along with her plan so well.
"You're right, Limph. I owe you 5 silver. The mind of a normal man is oblivious to the advances of someone with a more feminine side. I bear you no ill will, my dear Behy. Oh no. I would rather like to keep you. As a friend as well, obviously, but to not have noticed..." he trailed off, and then turned back to Limph, "Are you staying for the night?"
"We will require accommodation, yes, but if you wish for us to not stay here, then we can get a room just down the road." She replied, picking up on his slightly exasperated tone, knowing that he didn't want to put set up his guest rooms. He was good at being a host
"No, no, stay, it's been such a long time since I had coherent visitors," he relented, not looking forward to getting his rooms ready, but being without company for so long he got lonely and bored. "I have a small request if you do stay though..."
He bent down to reach her ear and whispered, and appealed to her gambling side, "Can I keep that one in my room tonight, please. I'm sure he'll come around to my way of thinking after tonight. In fact, I bet you 10 gold that I am able to sway him."
"That is a large sum of money, Shachi. What if he doesn't. Are you still going to-" she was cut off as they heard a sharp smash. "Oh, goddamn you Arkeia. I haven't even finished the bet yet!"
"Ow, it wasn't me, ya' bitch," he whined when his mind was prodded sharply by Limph, "I told ya' not to do that anyway."
