Default aero theme, except with black tooltips.How to install:
Patch your system with Universal Theme Patcher
Copy the files inside the zipped file to your C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Double click BlackTooltip.theme
Download the Stylehack here !
Inspired by Wave by seahorsepip, but for people like me who just want the tooltip style.

You'll have to open your custom theme in something called Windows Style Builder (or Vista Style Builder), download the stylehack from here and apply it to your theme. You can google how to apply stylehacks, there's lots of tutorials on the internet. If you have any further trouble, then just ask
