The British Infamous serial killerto: the body doesn't look right.It's suppose to be in 3/4 view. Is it the way i detail it or everything?

The torso looks fine I think. I do believe it has more to do with the legs than anything.

Sure!
Basically, the legs have two parts: the calf and the thigh. The thigh is thicker and tapers down to the knee. The calf does the same thing. When pants are over the legs, the will clump up and fold near the crotch, the knees, and even the ankles if the pants are long enough. My suggestion, it to look at your own leg to get an idea how it works. After you have a basic understanding, you can then stylize it.
