It seems like his nose might need to be a little shorter, or tilted down a bit or something. Or maybe move the nose and mouth back a bit? I almost get the suggestion of a "muzzle", but maybe that's just me. And maybe a more defined upper lip? He looks apprehensive or disappointed; if you curled the corner of his mouth and eyes up a bit, maybe that would make him look happier and therefore more attractive? And maybe slightly larger ears, set higher on the sides of the head? Very nice work, though.

Might bit bigger eyes? eyes are always a huge cuteness-factor.
