The only God I believe in is Mother Nature. (and I'm sure she wants me to stop biting my nails..haha)I took this shot last night for a school assignment...I set up a tungsten light with a white sheet of paper infront to diffuse the light. I basically played around. I'm new to this. It's totally not my style but I really like it and it's nice to have total control of light. It's defintely different then going out to do guerilla style photography. It's kinda comforting.
Feedback welcome and if anybody has any experience in still life-studio photography, I would mucho appreciate some tips.

this is just great. I like pics that are kind of simple in the first view, but you stare on it, and stare, and stare... and than you realize that it's not simple, it it is deeper than you can imagine.

Am I the only one who sees this as incredibly sexual? The first thing I saw when I looked at this was female genitalia, and I was expecting more of an explanation. Is that honestly accidental? or are you saying something about the holiness of the human body or how sex is completely natural and should be celebrated?

wonderful image and great way to show your beliefes.
I would suggest to add a bit more contrast and brightness to show the textures and emphsize mother nature...but that's IMO
besides that it's wonderful image with strong amount of feelings and emotions

Thanks man, yeah it's funny cuz usually I my images are always super contrasty but I was trying to go for a softer look...It's also funny how some monitors see things differently (it pisses me off big time). Like PC monitors versus Mac...anyway I will give it a shot and maybe resubmit...thanks for the feedback...
