A lovely capture - I'm not sure if this is a self or not, but it's fantastic either way. The soft lighting is great on the model's form, and I love the pine cone. It adds a level of mystery and confusion (wha...why is she holding a pine cone?) but also is a neat accent and contrast/complement to the model.
Side note I feel compelled to share - I saw your comments about the camera, saw the grain of the film, and I still found myself looking for the EXIF data.

Yep, it's a self 
There's no EXIF, because i use the 'save for web' feature of PS, and it deletes it

very nice form and antique film color ..similar to the 1920's "Autocolor" Film Process..on Dupont Photographic paper...I saved this last year and wanted to add it again with my new account ..appearance

I don't know what you did, but my first impression was an old oil painting, starting to crack. Wonderful, wonderful lighting, color and pose. Glad I found it!
