Da ba dee! Love the pouncing kitty armband tattoo! Sweet face, sizzling body... would've liked either blue lipstick or nail polish... but perhaps it was right to restrict to eyeshadow. Make too much out of the cosmetic scheme, and suddenly you're a member of the Blue Man Group with people making Avatar and Smurfette comments. I do love that sweet face! OH! And congrats on the feature!

Yes, that is the point of art, but not the point of a DD. A DD is supposed to be something is original, in the fact that the subject may not be original, but the way it was captured is. In my opinion, this does not fit that definition.

the staff/volunteer just has to find it impressive or interesting enough to share...this meets both those criteria.

It just bugs the hell outta me when I see on nearly every other DD's comments someone pointlessly complaining about why it was chosen, when it has nothing to do with the person who received it.
When you can bet virtually none of the people who complain have ever gone out of their way to suggest a DD.
But hey each to their own...
