A small pool of blood is OK.
A thin nosebleed line is best.
A little drops of blood on the claws are great too.
Just some tips, I'm pretty good at drawing blood.

Well, you can add earings, bracelets, and such, as long as there is no pattern to her, like stripes. There however, can be spots, just not like a leopard. And by puma-ish, what do you mean exactly? (Like what features are you going to give her if she is "puma-ish?")
