I have actually been thinking about getting therapy to treat my arachnophobia - that's how bad it is. If I see a spider I'd have nightmares all night

Yah... I have spent quite a few years working on my arachniphobia too... hynotism... psycology, well self psycology (after 3 years of psycology studies I thought perhaps I could do something) hmmm the only thing that I can muster is compartimentalize my emotions... Like when I deal with trauma patients as a first responder to an accident, focus on what needs to be done... but ack yes I have hard time looking at the picture ha ha ha! ironic that I should take such a picture LOL!!!
I hope I have not given you nightmares!!!

Oh my... No post works in my photos except sometimes with old prints I clean out scratches.... just fix levels for web-viewing now... and of course borders.. he he, any funky-manips I submit as
I had to hold my breath and think very stable thoughts and push my little digital past 1/60 to get a clean shot, so it is a little less saturated than it would be if I had a proper little tripod.

My hands are smelly with arnica oils right now, I just came from outside in them. Sitting cross legged in a patch of arnicas smelling thier healing auroma, ready me for my days of planting ahead.
