Get it? Syn, Dye, Cayte... Syndyecayte... Syndicate?

Anywho, now i can attempt to go into great depth describing the characters.

Syn (pronounced 'Sin' )
Sex: Male
Age: (Estimated) 15
D.O.B: April 10
Syn is the unofficial 'leader'-ish one of the group. He is usually the first to act in a situation, and likes to get things done. He believes in using the fastest, painless, and cleanest solution to a problem. He almost always talks in whispertone, so most of his comments are missed. He is the fastest one of the group, and is therefore the team's 'runner'. He likes to keep things clean, and is a major neatfreak... he hates the site of any kind of grime. He's a simple kind of guy; nothing extravagant for him. He absolutely HATES surprises; which is an unfortunate thing seeing as how he is extremely paranoid and easily startled. But, keep this in mind, THOUGH he is easily startled, he always keeps his 'neutral' face on, so no one can tell that he was just scared out of his wits. He treats Cayte like a little sister, and secretly has a crush on Dye.

Dye (pronounced 'Die' )
Sex: Female
Age: 15 and 3/4
D.O.B: January 31
Dye is the oldest one of the group, but she gets picked on by kids much younger than herself. If you first meet her, she is incredibly shy and flustered, but people who know her very well, like Syn and Cayte, know that she is an incredibly creative person with an incredibly sharp tongue. She is often caught daydreaming in her spare time. Because of her immense amount of creativity, she is the teams 'idea manager'. Basically, she's the one who comes up with all the plans and ideas for pretty much everything in the group. Team Syndicate has a rather smooth work process, Dye, who comes up with the ideas and Syn, who lives to put them onto action. Dye loves almost anything, and is easily inspired. She isn't the neatest person though, her creative mind likes to make messes more then it likes to clean them up. This tends to drive Syn crazy. Dye has a deathly fear of heights, and she can't stand things like hot air balloons or open-pit planes. Cayte is her best friend, and Syn is like her Idol.

Cayte (pronounced 'Kate' )
Sex: Female
Age: 14 and 1/2
D.O.B: December 23
As the youngest, Cayte is often treated like a little kid. She doesn't really like this, but she has a hard time telling other people what she thinks. She has a very hard time trusting people, and only truly trusts Syn and Dye. She used to be full of life and very energetic, until she was shot in the eye with a 'barcoder' and injected with a type of poison that is slowly deteriorating her heath.Her right eye disintegrated on impact of the 'barcoder', leaving her to wear an elaborate and permanent eyepatch. Syn and Dye are determined to find some sort of cure, and bring her back to her old self. She is very fond of the gothic-lolita style, but cannot wear it because of the team's missions. Cayte is the 'Operations manager', she often oversees all the work, and she is often told to either hang back or stay at 'head quarters' during missions. She tends to hold grudges forever, and has photographic memory. Her biggest fear is being abandoned. She loves to listen, and is usually the person Syn and Dye come to for advice. She loves Syn and Dye like they were her actual brother and sister, and sometimes wishes they were.
