Sans has a perfectly valid reason for rejecting Frisk. It'd be hard to reciprocate your love for someone who massacred your kind without any hint of mercy. Even if that someone was influenced or controlled by external/internal forces. Honestly, I'm surprised Sans even gets in contact with Frisk.
