A beautiful piece, I love the perspective and rich coloring. It stands out so well it's quite appealing 
to the eyes especially that light source! The only things I can personally see in the piece I think could
use improvement are the two men in the back, I know they aren't the main focus but against the rest
of the wonderfully painted composition they take a bit away from the piece itself. 

Overall this piece is very inspirational~
