I customized Rarity's hair. She looks so lovely!This was incredibly fun to do. <33 Easier than Fluttershy's surprisingly. I even sprayed her in some perfume to make her smell like a Rarity, too.

Great work restyling Rarity's hair! But you say you used hairspray -- you weren't worried about spraying the plastic at all? Not that it'd damage it, but did you attempt to mask it off or anything? I'm just curious, since I'm new to styling pony hair.

Not really, no. I used a wet washcloth, however, to wipe off the excess hairspray left on her. ^^

How did you style it? It looks so pretty! I cut the bang though, and it straightened out... May not be exactly show accurate, but it sure is purdy for the toy!

I washed it in some warm water, massaged some conditioner into her hair, then brushed it out straight. I then rolled up her hair and let it dry, spraying some hairspray into her hair. ^^

Interesting. I used a much different...simpler method that's a tad hard to explain. If I ever buy a new Rarity, I might try that!

Ah. I'm not sure if there's a K-Mart in my area, but I'll definitely keep that in mind for if I need to buy more ponies XD I ended up buying a Rarity brushable at Bronycon January.

It was originally supposed to be based in NYC, but BroNYCon was last held somewhere in the Meadowlands in New Jersey for June. It seems though that a location for the next one hasn't been decided yet.

My original comment was posted in December. Whilst talking to you, I told you that I got my Rarity at Bronycon January (which took place roughly a month after my comment).
