This commission from Chillguydraws features his [in]famous adult rendition of Pacifica Northwest wearing the helmetless suit of Kamen Rider Thouser. Why this combination? Well, both had been introduced as rich, ruthless opposition to the heroes who eventually became humbled and "brought to the light" (though the change is more evident in extra material outside of the main shows).
