Yup. That's right... I hopped on the MLP train.... no not really. I don't watch the show. In fact, I had to rely on A LOT of reference to get the colors right. o__o' To make it clear.. yeah I tried. I really really tried to watch it. Ask family members who had to sit and watch it with me. MLP just isn't my cup 'o tea. I'll stick with Adventure Time. lol
In terms of the piece, in all honestly the lineart is what caught my attention. It was just so flowy!! ^___^

For anyone wondering why I re-submitted, it's because there were things that I'd forgotten... also found some sloppy lines and missed erase marks. I also added in the credits for the image to both myself and the line artist, as well as where I got the background.

Hmmm, if i could recomend just a couple of episodes, it'd be 'Party of One' and 'Call of the Cutie Mark'. Their the most adventure time-esque episodes i'd say. But other than that. Dunno what else to say cuz i'm still waiting for rest of Adventure time season 5 here in merry ole england.

Ah, you colored lineart eh? Well, I know from experience that can sometimes be your most attention-grabbing piece, when you just color someone else's lineart.

Holy CRAP thats awesome ... If you didn't say otherwise i would assume you were a fan (which i'm tempted to try and convert you but i'm sure you'll get a lot of that ... it's a good show you should give it a chance ... i'll leave it at that)
Anyhoo ... the art ... Your colors and shading are wonderful (and surprisingly accurate which i LOVE) ... One thing that caught my attention is that even though the sash is transparent and we can see the background through it, her left leg has been disappeared ... it's neither your fault nor the lineartist's, it's just something that got lost in translation ... so in all a beautiful piece that reminds me a bit of the Hercules and Aladdin animated films from my childhood ... the background could you a little work in not being so flat, but being originally a lineart of another artist it's more about the character so the background isn't THAT important
hopeful to run across more of your work in the future and maybe you'll give the herd a chance someday ... i myself am a recent convert and i'm glad i gave it a shot ... good luck to you

Haha. Thanks. Yeah... I tried the show out. Recorded a the first few episodes, and then would watch some randomly... just didn't do it for me.
I actually noticed the leg when I started to add color... completely forgot after a while. lol But the background is actually a screen cap from the episode about the gala. I figured it would be the perfect fit! (so clearly I take no credit for that and will remember to mention it when I update the image tomorrow)
