A true super wedgie, only achievable by a seriously patient, dextrous and determined giver.

First comes the setup. Two ladders are set up belowdecks, and two buckets are filled with seawater. A camcorder with streaming connection is brought along. The giver then positions her pawns: she has two targets and one collateral. The first she recommends the deck to as a good private spot for sunbathing; the second she provides a reclining chair for belowdecks. The collateral is a guy whom the second receiver has a bit of a crush on. He is easily led to the sea for a swim; he would be the observer.

Then, finally, the plan is executed.

The first receiver, resting on the top deck, feels a tug as her bikini bottoms are pulled through the board gaps with a wire hanger, beginning the wedgie; the legholes are fixed intermediately by a bucket of water. The camera is set up on the above deck, and the at first vocal receiver is told that the feed is live; if she slips out, it would not go undocumented. Water is poured on the receiver's bikini to increase the strength of the fabric.

The giver returns belowdecks. The second receiver is deeply asleep. Her bottoms are slipped off, and with the help of the two ladders, the giver lifts the sleeping receiver on the top of the other ladder, and rests her there. She quietly maneuvers the receiver's legs through the legholes held wide open by the bucket, fits the wedgie in, and gently pulls it tight. To finish, the giver then uses the wire hanger to pull the upper receiver's top through the deck, unties it, and reties it behind the lower receiver's top, which is then pulled down to expose her admirable breasts.

The giver descends the ladder, takes a few steps back, and admires her handiwork. Then she pulls down her own ladder, quietly. Then, slowly, she lowers the ladder the other receiver was sleeping atop. Her legs dangle for a moment before jerking slightly. The second receiver wakes slowly, as if from a dream. Then a wonderful mix of confusion, embarrassment and panic fills her face. She is told to enjoy herself, while she can; and not to make a noise, lest her crush find her there. The giver gives her a friendly slap on the butt, and she sets up the camera in a dark corner, capturing the angle just right. She checks her phone to see the live feed running.

By physics, the top receiver is pinned by the same weight as the one dangling below her. Neither can escape the double wedgie, each trapped by the other.

The giver goes upstairs, smirks, removes the camera, and pours the other bucket of seawater onto the receivers' shared bikini, putting the final, enduring clinch on the inescapable Combination Lock Wedgie. All that remains is a short stroll along the beachside, and eventually telling the unwitting observer that the second receiver wants to talk to them by the deck.

The giver gets into her car, drives away a short distance, and watches the deck and the live feed from her phone. She sees the view numbers increase. Here and there, a favorite. She smiles. One for the ages.

That's the standard procedure. More or less.
