Hmm... how about a door wedgie? Character has their panties snagged on a doorknob, then has the door shut with them on the opposite side. I can't recall if I've ever seen it done in art before.

Once again, you did a great job. I only have new suggestion I have uses one of the characters I suggested previously. The character is Gaige from Borderlands 2, getting a wedgie from one of the creatures in the game called a Bullymong. I was thinking of it using two of its huge arms to hold her limbs while the other two arms give her a frontal and regular wedgie. I am looking forward to seeing your next picture.
