Doodled up this fellow and am pleased with how they came out so..
I decided to refine their character and make them a species ;w;
They'll be called Thimbles to follow alongside his name and for now they'll be a Closed Species
but if they get any interest I may make adopts since they're fun to design~

Thimbles keep things stored in their hollow bodies, each has a unique thing that they prefer to
collect (with the exception of Thimble who collects anything and everything in his bag to sell)
Can store tons of what they collect or even just one of their favorites, it depends on the Thimble

Their "cloak" is actually his body and wings, they can't be removed
They usually wear accessories however tied by the bows around their necks
(Thimble's accessory is his fluffy hood as an example)

Though they have "wings" these babs can't fly though that hasn't stopped some from trying
*rapid flapping noises*

The two buckles determine the prominent hand of the Thimble
though they can use the other to hold/grab things just not as well as expected
