looks really nice, I love the hair and the ear, but what looks wrong in my opinion is the mouth, it just ruins the pic, anyways great job bro

nose is uneven as right shoulder and mouth.. also you drew wrong his throat line .. but i think if you'll practise more on propotion of the character .. it will look awesome because lines look fluid but they're uneven anyway and i'd say keep practicing without manga tracing because it helps on your propotion skills when you draw yourself .. just when you open Ps draw something but don color ,create another layer and draw another thing then if you like someone ..just smile and re-trace and color it and it will be awesome job .. btw i use this technique , i mean this my style of doing everthin

nice, though i think you should work abi tmore on proportions.
I think you are in the right direction: ) you just need to practice alot more about human body and more..

looks good but the lines arent smooth yet you should work on that and propotion of the character on the left side doesnt seem to be right yet but the shading looks good but i see you used glow on the brigther colours that looks great keep it up C:
