    An extremely friendly girl, Lark tends to try to get along with everyone when possible. She is quick to introduce herself to one who talks to her, despite whether they seem to want her there or not. She can be annoying, considering how generally happy she is, and how inquisitive she can be, and yet will not often notice this unless explicitly told. Even if told, she tends not to get too upset about it outwardly, and will instead just back off, keeping any opinions inside. In terms of her naivity, Lark will often do whatever she is asked to by someone else unless she knows it is wrong, or will believe their opinion of her is good, even if on the inside they actually despise her. She tends to hope that everyone can get along well, and as such doesn’t often harbour negative feelings towards others.

Bio:

    + Lark was born in America to a family with no other children, although she did gain a younger sister only four years later, still living in the same place as she had been when she was born. Until she turned seven, her life was fairly uneventful, the two children growing up with their parents and not too far from other family members such as their grandparents. They visited family members often and the group all considered one another to be fairly close, pushing aside the usual feuds that happened occasionally.

    At seven, despite having made a fair few friends in her short time at school, Lark’s father received a job opportunity in Japan that he couldn’t afford to refuse and she, her parents, and her sister moved out in order for her father to start this job. Not long after leaving America Lark began her piano lessons and as expected, being so young, it did take her a few years to manage to do overly much. Despite the slow pace her parents understood that it would take time for someone so young to do well with any instrument, and they were patient, and continued on with the lessons despite the lack of talent.

    At ten she moved to a different area of Japan where despite being new, she managed to make friends with a boy who had also recently moved there named Hikaru. Despite him having ended up leaving after only around a year, she still regarded as a fairly close friend and kept loosely in touch with. During her time here the piano lessons continued under a different tutor and were more fruitful, partially due to her attention span increasing as her age did too, and partially simply because she was more interested in learning it as a whole. As well as this, Lark also played volleyball for the first time here and, despite her small stature, enjoyed when she was able to play the sport in school, and sought to learn more about it out with there too. Although her height did make some aspects of the sport a little difficult, she tried her hardest to do as well as she could do.

    Another few years passed and Lark’s father received another job opportunity which led to them moving once again, this time to the city which housed St Pidgeonations Institute. Due to the fairly impeccable timing of the move taking them to just before Lark was due to begin high school, her parents had read up on the school and seeing everything that it entailed, had decided to allow her to enrol there. Working hard, the girl wanted nothing more than to prove at that point that she was able to attend someplace such as this and thankfully with enough effort, managed to make it in, much to their delight.
