it's kinda more like 'hello yes alright lets hope you can understand me' than a tutorial OTLbut i tried my best! it took forever to put together, i hope it doesn't look to awkward? since the bg and stuff are pink and cute anD THE ICON IS LIKE: "AUASDFADF DARK AND COOL"
some of the icons are bigger than the others because i wanted to show more detail?
sorry for any typos and stuff!! im really bad at spelling in general ahah

hello im so sorry for the late reply!!
i use SAI. im not 100% sure what you mean by not having a background, but im guessing you mean transparent?
my sai has a saving option that lets me save opacity uvu

she uses paint tool sai
and she doesn't have a background because if you have the official version of sai,you can set the background to transparency which allows it to hide the bg

This is a very helpful tutorial, because when I try making new bases..The sketch clumps
together and the pixel lineart looks nothing like the sketch xD;;;
